About these dates
These are the standard statutory dates. The government sometimes extends a deadline by notification — we update reminders when that happens. Company ROC dates assume the AGM is held on the last permitted day, 30 September.
Late filing usually means a late fee plus interest — for example, ₹50 a day for a late GSTR-3B (₹20 for nil returns) and ₹100 a day per form for late ROC filings.
Questions, answered
What is the due date for GSTR-3B?
Monthly filers file GSTR-3B by the 20th of the next month. Quarterly (QRMP) filers file by the 22nd or 24th of the month after the quarter, depending on their state.
When are AOC-4 and MGT-7 due for a private limited company?
AOC-4 is due within 30 days of the AGM and MGT-7 within 60 days. With the AGM on 30 September, that's 29 October and 28–29 November.
Can I add these deadlines to Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. Click “Add all to calendar” to download an .ics file and open it — Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar all import it, with an alert 3 days before each date.
