| 6 months to 1 year after expiry | Restoration and renewal, if the mark was removed |
Government fee (e-filing): ₹9,000 per class for renewal, with an additional surcharge for late renewal. Fees can change by notification.

Up to one year before the expiry date. You can also renew within six months after expiry with a surcharge.

₹9,000 per class for e-filing, plus a surcharge if renewed after expiry.
My trademark has already expired. Is it lost?
Not necessarily. Within six months you can renew with a surcharge, and up to a year you can apply for restoration. We check what is possible.
Can I change the logo while renewing?
No. Renewal keeps the mark as registered. A changed logo needs a new application.
