Every private limited company must file returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Income Tax Department every year — even if it had no business. Missing them means a late fee of ₹100 per day per form, and directors can be disqualified after repeated defaults.

Questions, answered
My company had no business this year. Do I still need to file?
Yes. Annual ROC filings, audit and income tax return are required even with zero turnover.
What happens if I miss ROC filings?
A late fee of ₹100 per day per form, with no upper cap, and possible director disqualification after three years of default.
Does the package include the statutory audit fee?
We coordinate the audit. The independent auditor's fee is agreed separately, depending on the size of the company.
Can you take over if my previous CA left filings pending?
Yes. We review pending filings, work out late fees and bring the company up to date.
