An RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate) is issued by an Export Promotion Council (EPC), a Commodity Board or FIEO. It is required to claim most benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, such as Advance Authorisation, EPCG and market access support.
RCMCs are now applied for online through DGFT's e-RCMC system, and are generally valid for five years.
